Can I use my Olympus XD memory card elsewhere?
I want to buy another camera - not another Olympus. Can I use the card in a different brand of camera? I can't afford to buy a new card as well right now. Or can I use the card in other "appliances" (for want of a better word). Thank you
I may have to choose Fuji then - I just didn't want to end up with an expensive (when I bought it) memory card in the drawer. Are Fuji are good brand? Thanks again for your answers.Typically the only other camera that will accept XD cards are Fuji's.
If money is an issue you should check out www.meritline.com. 90% of the time they have free shipping, and I bet you can find an SD card for under $10. All you really need is a 512 MB.

The In-Creative camera features also gives more color and character to the pictures taken if one wants to induce a different spin on the shots. However, one setback which I found was the viewfinder, there was none!

Nonetheless, it is an easy camera to use as per function buttons layout and delivers high quality video recording which comes as a serious bonus for such a compact model.
