An IP camera is assigned an IP address and can be attached to a computer network (typically an ethernet LAN - wired or wireless, depending on the camera and the available network). A chip in the camera allows viewing the video that camera gets by getting to the camera using a browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.) on a computer on that LAN.
A dome camera is a camera in a dome housing. The camera can be a traditional analog (wired or wireless) camera that connects to a TV or VCR or DVR using an RCA or BNC connector - or the camera in the dome can be an IP camera and connected to a computer network.
In "infrared camera" - in terms of CCTV - are those which also include infrared emitters so the camera can "see" in zero light. Without the infrared emitters, most CCTV secutity cams cannot get any light so they can't transmit any images. With the infrared emitters, this allows the camera to see in the dark. The camera with the infrared emitters can be an IP camera and connected to a computer network or one that connects to a TV or VCR or DVR using an RCA or BNC connector.
